Welcome the Club Member Information Page
This page attempts to answer the most frequently asked questions about
the Moonstone Cellars wine clubs. Click here for
questions about logging into your account or seeing your club discounts
online.
When do you ship? How many bottles do you ship?
We ship
the first week of February, June, and November.
The Moonrise, Moonstruck, Maroonstone, Moonlight, and Twilight Clubs are
all three bottle clubs. So, we ship three bottles, three times a
year.
Which Club is which?
Moonlight: All white wine club.
Moonstruck: Two reds wines and a white club. (Most popular club)
Moonrise: Was for the first 100 club members only.
Maroonstone: All red wine club
Twilight: Two white wines and a red club.

Online Account Self-Service
This section is a resource to help you understand and manage your
Moonstone Cellars Wine club accounts online. Here you can:
- Get your password
- Change your password
- Change your billing address
- Change your shipping address
- Change your credit card number
- See shipping dates
- Change clubs
- Learn how to see your specific discount in the shopping cart
You can quickly login by clicking on the "My
Account" link at the top of most web pages.
Get your password
You must have a username and password to modify your account (change billing or shipping address, credit card
number, phone number, name, etc.). A username and
password should have been emailed to you within a few days after you
joined the club. If you did not receive your account info call
805-927-9466 or request one here.
If you know your username (the email address you provided during club
sign-up), you can retrieve your password here.
Change your password
You must know your existing password before you can create a new
one. You can change it here by clicking here
then click on the "General" tab. On the General page you
can change your user name and password at the bottom. You must click
on the "Save"
link at the top of the page before logging out.
Change your billing address
In order to process your club transaction, your billing address must be
current. If know your user name and password login here
then click on the "Billing" tab. On the Billing page you
can change your billing address. You must click on the "Save"
link at the top of the page before logging out.
Change your shipping address
In order to process your club transaction, your billing address must be
current. If know your user name and password login here
then click on the "Address" tab. On the Address page you
can change your billing address. You must click on the "Save"
link at the top of the page before logging out.
Change your credit card number
In order to process your club transaction, your billing address must be
current. If know your user name and password login here
then click on the "Billing" tab. On the Billing page you
can change your credit card number and expiration date. For your
protection, only the last four digits are displayed. If you need to
change your account number change the entire number, not just the last
four digits if those are the only ones that changed. You must click
on the "Save"
link at the top of the page before logging out.
Change your club type (or see which club
you are in)
If know your user name and password login here
then click on the "Membership" tab. On the
Membership page you can change your club type. Just check the
box of the club you want to join. To remove yourself from a club,
click on the checkmark to remove it. You must click on the "Save"
link at the top of the page before logging out.
How to see your discount in the online shopping cart
To see your discount, you must first choose your wines on the
"Wines" page or the "Buy Wine" page then click
"Checkout." In the "Order Checkout" page, check
the box in the "Customer Login" section. In the "Wine
Club Member" Section, enter your username and password.
