2003 Syrah Bottling

It's time to get the 2003 Syrah out of the barrels and into the bottles. We are off to the Unified Wine & Grape Symposium this January to do a little shopping for cork, foil capsules and empty glass suppliers. I'm told there are huge wait times for custom printing of our logos on the corks and capsules. So, our first vintage bottling may look a little austere...but that won't take anything away from the great taste of the wine. In fact, these bottles might someday be considered collectors items! ;-)
