Moonstone Memoirs - True Stories Live. Theme: Force

True stories told without notes in front of a live audience. Hear (or tell!) fascinating tales told in a 5 (or so) minute time frame.

This month fans celebrate Star Wars on May 4, the date that resembles one of the most famous lines repeated throughout the film: “may the Force be with you,” which changes to: “May the Fourth be with you.” That’s as good a reason as any to make May’s Moonstone Memoirs topic: “Force”.

Tell a 5-8 minute story where you were forced to do something you thought you would hate but it turned out okay. Or when you tried to force an issue but got unpredictable results? Tell a brief story about when you were in the armed forces. Or how about that time when you were a force to be reckoned with! Did anyone ever force your hand? Ever deal with a situation in a gale or hurricane force wind storm? Try to force yourself to think of something forceful to say!
