Shipping Terms and Conditions

An adult signature is required upon delivery.  In this instance, 'adult' means over 21 years of age, and not intoxicated at the time of delivery.

All orders to CA and AZ are shipped Ground service via Golden State Overnight unless UPS is specified.

Online orders received Monday thru Wednesday will ship out within two business days. Online orders received Thursday thru Sunday will ship on Monday. Please let us know if you need a different shipping day.

Orders processed to other states through VinoShipper are shipped via UPS.  This is the only shipping option available.

Deliveries to PO Boxes are not allowed. We recommend a business address if possible.

Shipments that need to be re-routed to an alternate address will be charged a $15 re-route fee. This is from the shipping companies, not from us, and the charge is non-negotiable.  We've tried to get it waived, but our pleas fell upon deaf ears.
